FRAPS show fps, record video game movies, screen capture software , There Download It And use it in game, Use Sony Creative Software - Download: Vegas Pro that for editing(just see some tutorials of it, and u will figure it out) Hope I Helped!
Get a recording program, record what you want, then upload it to youtube or something then embed it here.
