I really need help!!!!
Alright so I sold an account for realm of the mad god about 1 and a half months ago, and he ended up charging me back. I had a -120 USD Balance on my PayPal, and it got limited so I didn't use it anymore. Well yesterday, I just received a letter from the ACI debt collection agency demanding 120 USD. I am wondering what to do now, because I don't have that type of money to send to them. Should I just ignore it, or should I borrow some money from my brother in order to send the money through the mail to them. I'm fourteen and I really don't know what to do. I live in Hawaii so would they send somebody to get money from me? Any help is really appreciated ;.;
To be honest, email them, try to work that out.
Why the fuck would the guy charge you back? You gave him the account right?
The feds wouldn't knock on your door for 120$ lol, although people are getting arrested over 5$. So you can't be too sure.
For now just try to work something out, worst case scenario just fucking ignore them. I've heard of people with way more debt than you and they don't do shit. just don't provoke anything and see what happens.

I'm 14 and if my parents find out then I'm in HUGE trouble. I don't want there to be too much risk ;.;

Also can this go on my permanent record?
Send a scary letter to the debt collection agency, stating that the person who bought your account was fraudulent, and threaten to sue.

Only if you acknowledge it.

Ignore the requests.
don't scam ******.
Contact PayPal, and show evidence of the transaction happening. Also tell them this person is a scammer and he goes to forums and scams multiple people like this. Good Luck
I too agree that you should show any evidence of the transaction occurring to try to reverse the chargeback and hope that it works.
Happened with me with paypal couple yrs back, i called the collection agency and i was like no one lives with that name and i just moved here, and they will stop calling.
