If it is an ip-ban, either ask your ISP to make your IP DCHP or use a proxy/vpn or a bypasser like Bunbunbunz has provided

ipchanger/ⓘBigger servers use UUID bans. If your password or username is changed, your UUID will stay the same. Your UUID is a random line of numbers that identifies your minecraft account.

Didn't think about it actully, I'm pretty sure that you cannot bypass a username ban although IP ban, well thats easy.
Its a username ban because i tried my alt and i was not banned but with my main acc im still banned also if i change username wouldnt i use all my upgraded ranks?
