Require a middleman, Small complication

I am looking for a middleman, I have skrill but my seller wants paypal. My paypal is locked so I was wondering if I could pay the middleman in skrill and he could pay the seller using paypal? It sounds dodgy I know but you cant chargeback with skrill and I really want what he has too offer!
