If you didn't know these aren't their accounts (usually). They have usually been stolen from another person, and will therefore last a short amount of time. SOme people sell accounts for less than 10C each.

The safest accounts IMO is non-migrated full access accounts because you can migrate it as well as have full access, hence add your own security questions so it is almost impossible to be retrieved.
