If you want to do it the way I did it: 6x Co-Codamol Tablets 30/500 (From Pharmacy), 1x Sominex Tablet (From Pharmacy), Rockstar Guava (Only thing I had, most people make it with Sprite + Jolly Ranchers).
It makes you melooowww, if you take enough then you can sometimes see visual effects such as enhanced brightness.
