Review my terms of conditions for my sales thread

So I decided to add warranty to my accounts if you pay 1$ more and agree to the toc. Review the shit below and tell me if there are any loopholes/shit need fixing.

MATHWAY TERMS OF CONDITIONS

Terms of Conditions (NO WARRANTY):
1. Absolutely no refunds under any circumstance
2. Any attempt to refund (ie. chargebacking) will result in an immediate scam report and suspension of your account and a scam report filed.
3. Subject to change at will

Terms of Conditions (WARRANTY):
1. By purchasing the warranty (+$1 sale price) you agree not to attempt to abuse or lie to me about the account.
2. You will receive a *monitored account, you have no right to change any account information or details, if you do, there will be a scam report against you as you are breaking the Terms of Condition and your account will be suspended. (EX: Email, Password, Billing Info, etc.)
3. The only condition where you (the buyer) will receive a replacement not a refund is if the account is suspended by Mathway.
4. Subject to change at will

* A monitored account is an account under a email address created for the purpose of updates regarding the Mathway account. You (the buyer) will have no rights to this email address and only have limited rights to the account associated with the email.

If you (the buyer) violates any Terms stated above, the seller (me) has the right to file a scam report for not follow the Terms of Conditions and I have the right to suspend your account without any compensation.
