Nilly hacks

Does anyone remember the set up of nilly hacks? They used to change to your resolution for the main menu and your inventory hud. Can anyone replicate this hacks maybe by slightly changing orape? I don't really know how all that stuff works.

They probably would if they could, but Nilly was very talented and I don't think Jnoob cares enough at this point to try and replicate what he did.
