Honestly BMI is so broken for todays standards, people are bigger, (not fatter) now than they have ever been, both height weight and muscle wise.

I'm in the highest range of healthy, almost overweight but still considered healthy
23.6, 5"8 155lbs. I lift weights every other day, and jog every day. Eat mostly healthy (You need fatty foods every now and then).
I'm in the normal weight, so that is good.
