Apple refund

Is it safe to get an item refunded from apple? I see those services here and on other forums and i am wondering if someone who has been refunded from apple confirms it works well. Also, did you get trouble with the delivery guy? What did apple message you? Did they call you?

There's already a bunch of people that got their apple orders refunded including me and we're all still here. The courier DOES call you about the package and the delivery guy might ask for the package back. If you get shit scared having to tell the courier to get off your case and you need someone to walk you through every step while you ask 101 questions then the Apple refund service isn't for you.
