Back pain issue? (Anyone have this issue?)

Before you shit about "WhY YoU On MpGh AsKiNg ThIs QuEsTiOn? (this is how annoying you are)" I want you to know that I already went to doctor

    So this is what happens.

1.) Hurts to stand straight in one place to long
2.) If I move left or right it hurts
3.) If I sneeze it feels like I am bleeding internally
4.) Cannot sleep properly because every few hours it wakes me up.
5.) The doctor gave me "medication" to relieve me of the meds but it didn't do shit, however Motrin or Tylenol works way better!

Here I what I think MIGHT be the issue, let me know if you think so too (only if you have the problem also)
1.) I lay my laptop on my chest and use it when i have to lean over with my head it might be causing spine injury???
2.) I am on my laptop 60-80 percent of the day and I lean over ALOT, not correct posture.
3.) My bed??? but I already changed the bed so idk.
4.) Not walking around and using my body alot so muscles get tighten up???

You basically explained the whole entire problem to your back pains.

Exercise more, when you're on your laptop, sit in a chair that is practically straight up and down.

Don't stay in the same position for too long, especially if it's not a straight up and down position.

    Do yoga and shit

    Stretch a fuck ton

If your pains continue, I'll ask my dad, and let you know.

Well I think your #2 speculated issue is probably it.

Bad posture for prolonged amounts of time, school, computer use, can definitely misalign your back. Bad posture is absolutely terrible for your back and can have some detrimental effects. When I was in high school I had the same issue until my sophomore year, thereafter I remember going to my doctor and having a physical and they checked my back alignment and it was actually off, a MINOR diagnosis of scoliosis which is the curvature of the spine due to middle school and computer use bad posture.

Any particular stretching method you suggest?

I tried doing this but it's like a minor addiction, I will work on it.

Try sleeping without a pillow, also go swimming it should help relieve and work your back.

I have no idea why you're asking General. Literally.

No one's a doctor here, there's probably a fuckton better places to ask.

The body is very versatile. Take a break from the computer for a week and see if your symptoms improve.

When you sleep with a pillow your neck bone is arched depending on the size of the pillow, if you sleep without one your spine/neck bone is straight and that is a factor that sometimes causes people neck/back pain. Although in your case you spend a shit load of time sitting down so there could be factors as to why you experience a lot of back pain.

True but not true. As I said I use a computer ALOT, and if your on MPGH then you also do that. So I ask on MPGH because people might have this kind of issue. Also take a break from the net???? Your literally telling a addict to take a break from the drug.

Everyone experiences any issues regarding to the body pain, I can sit 24 hours straight behind of my computer and on this really retarded chair and never have a issue with my back, it does hurt sometime but not whole a lot..

Best stretching I can come up with is hold your arms above your head and lean both left/right till you hear crack going on in your back and when you wake up do a stretch like hold your hands up and lean your belly towards so your back samples "C"

Probably not the best thing on the earth but can be useful when you do them in a long term.

Do sport, having abs while being 6 foot 4 inches and 50kilograms does not mean your back will be stable, muscle and fat are very important. Other than that, state the even more obvious, correct posture

I use my computer relatively alot, no issues. But I also exercise and do other shit. It's only a drug if you let it be, it's really not that hard to quit. Mind over matter.
