If you're using Steam, you can get VAC banned from any hacks. If you're using just the social club version, all you risk is a normal ban.

You asked, and I told. If you want proof, go google it, there has been plenty of people who've been VAC banned for cheating in GTA V. While GTA V servers are obviously not directly VAC related, if anyone playing on Steam were to report the hacker directly to Steam as well, they would also get a VAC ban. While less likely people would go out of their way to do that, it's happened. Also happened with GTA IV. As seriously as some people take GTA V though I wouldn't put it past them, just don't piss people off using ridiculous hacks and you'd be fine.

"RED Zone" is the speed boost hotkey (LSHIFT)

Nah I doubt you would, I've used that kind of stuff myself, I actually spawned in a lot of money around a week ago and haven't had any kind of trouble yet. While I didn't do it with this obviously since it wasn't out then, you should be fine, unless you do like hundreds of millions of dollars and if you don't have anything at all unlocked and unlock it all at once. I think it actually instantly bans though if you do every unlock like that, so if you're not already banned, you probably won't be.
