So with my total of 40% off i'm getting to build my own PC.. I am going all out and have chosen everything but i'm down to the case and cannot decide. So, help me out what in your opinion is a better case?

    Looks better.

    NZXT Phantom 820
    Looks more durable.

I don't really like the style of either of them though. Just my opinion.

The way I look at it, I'd leave the decision to you.

You'd either want for looks or for durability.

I like the top one overall since I like making mah shit look sexy as f

I think the 1st one is better than 2nd. If you like something difference, you may take the 2nd one

Big things to keep in mind when choosing a case are the secondary features of them.
Most people will brush off everything, and choose based upon durability and looks, which is often rather foolhardy.
3 huge details you need to be cognizant of:

    1. Expandability- Does the case have room for future upgrades; and does it have enough room for all the components I hope to add?
(Radiators, extra HDD's, front mount HUD's, Disc Burners, Large GPU/Multiple GPU etc.)

    2. Breathability- Airflow is paramount in a quality case. The good working of all of your parts depend on cool and dust-free operation, prolonging their life, and ensuring dependable performance.

    3. Isolation- A great case won't only protect your parts, but protect your ears as well. As someone who has used countless different cases in countless builds, a massive part of what determines what cases I enjoy is the sound isolation. Nothing is more annoying than a loud PC.
You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.
    You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.
    Its name is Silence..

I highly doubt that the NZXT case or the Corsair have bad Airflow. And if you want to make your case silent there are always options to swap out the regular fans for silent optimized ones like what Noctua(Famous NF-F12?) and Corsair offer.

Yeah I ended up going with the NZXT because I can set up my cooling system better in it,. . . but less lights hah. If anyone wants the corsair I can sell it for like 80% market value?
