How do I win this dispute when a little bitch wants to do some shitty eBay refund method of getting books in a box instead of a MacBook Pro.

I have everything from amazon that it was bought( gift from friend ) & paid for shipping label ON eBay with signature & paid extra at USPS for it being heavier than I expected in my bank statement

In situations like this, you have to threaten or get the police involved, tell him that you will contact his carrier so they can check the trucks, the weight, interview the driver. No way in hell he got "books" I also doubt he is a contractor, just keep pushing that you will get his local law enforcement involved, sometimes it's enough to scare people.

If you payed extra for weight, the weight will be noted down either on the receipt from the post office or in their system, compare the weight of the box with the MBP and the weight of the books in the box ( Get the weight from that piece of sh*t, idk how) and then you can go to the police. But overall I agree with @Fujiyama

Tbh I would just threaten his ass, worry about your feedback score later.

Threaten him to get Law Enforcement Involved and i'm sure he'll close that dispute.. However i'd suggest to call eBay immediatly and tell them what @Fujiyama mentioned

Make an investigation with the tracker. Check weight and all

I already told him to tell me the weight of his books in the box cause I know the exact weight since I had to pay the difference at the USPS office from the eBay label weight & the actual.
Wouldn't mind going over there and beating his ass if he didn't live in California.
