SolvedCE Zombies Instakill

I'm having trouble accomplishing any way of making the zombies single hit, I have gotten a lot of other hacks with cheat engine to work but this I am unable to do. Is there an easy way to do this that was done in the previous call of dutys?

Can't quite understand what you are trying to say here do you want to instakill them or be insta killed by them when you get hit if so I found out that a single zombie hit does 55 damage so just reask your question and someone can help you.
