Hackpack for Ventrilo?

Well, I've been on Ventrilo a bit (harrasment, mostly, sorry to all you guys who own servers or play on them) and I find that when I get banned, an IP changer doesn't seem to do the trick. I've got quite a few different ones (found here, on mpgh) and got my brother, a computer programmer to make a simple script for me, but still, I cannot unban myself from servers or do anything to make the experience easier.

So, can someone maybe link me to a collective unbanner, adminer, and whatever else you can come across that can help me (and others) with Ventrilo?

As you can probably tell, I'm pretty much technologically impaired when it comes to this stuff.

Keep in mind I also play quite a few games and am on quite a few different vent servers and have to deal with spammers myself. When I say harrasment I don't mean recording shit or anything for "entertainment", but to get back at warring guilds and clans.
