Looks like you are living in the UK. You have to use a vpn and change your ip to singapore / malaysia then.

it worked before like 2 weeks ago then my laptop reset so it deleted it now i download comes up that?

There is a lot of vpn software out there,try to find softether vpn client on google

google 0xc and find the answers
