Well, I kinda fucked up on a bet and now I have to ask out a girl 1 year younger than me.
So, wat do? Last time I tried asking someone out was like 6-7 years ago.

Confidence is key that is what I have learned in my experience, try not to be awkward.

Ask for coffee or lunch, she'll probably reject dinner unless she's already into you but may be willing to do something more casual.
