Hi. I pick up the goods 2 weeks ago from amazon.es . I wrote to two refunders but they first delayed work, and later they wrote to me they do not try.. Did someone take up this serious? I pay 10%.

Don't pay unless you're certain about the service, but now its little too late for that, I would have gone with someone who is more trusted on this.
It usually happens on Amazon.es but my method works 100% to solve this

The reason he's banned is probably for scamming/ban evading because he's a scammer.
You most likely got scammed bud, sorry. Should've gone with someone like @Degree or @Copperhorse.
