Instructions
Use the Extreme Injector by master131 (which should be choice #1 anyways) and use the following options:
Manual Map
Auto Inject
Close on inject

Compiled using Microsoft's Visual Studio 2015
Tested on Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit

The hack won't work if you do not use Auto Inject, Close on inject and Manual Map injection method of the Extreme Injector v3. Watch the video.
