can someone try and clear this picture up if possible and cut out the old man and the young boy he is holding and copy it onto some random back drop please?

thanks but i don't use skype, and please remove the text

There is no way it can be fix. First point is the image is already in motion blur (I could say it because of holding it). But I can remove the watermark
