amazon verification email

need some help pls

i have a fresh amazon acct abt 5 weeks old. The billing address and the delivery address is a business address. i have made 9 legit purchases all went smooth. Today, i ordered a phone for refunding, and i got an email from amazon saying that my order was not going to be dispatched and asking for address verification. they were also asking for copies of bank statements to be faxed to them along with my name, address and other info. I also checked with two refunders on this forum whether it was safe to have billing and delivery address a business address and they said it was fine.

is there anyway to save this acct without having to supply all the info they want.

No, unfortunately not, you can't get past this without doing the thing they're asking you to do.. Creating multiple accounts will lead to the same verification asked from you by Amazon.

That's weird. Did your card get declined?

If you want to use your home address all you would have to do is get a new debit card, and make a new account at home. Make sure that you use a different computer if you plan to use both accounts. Otherwise just remember to delete cookies and browsing history in between switching accounts.

Just make sure you addresses are good.
