Cod4 MultiHack Patch 1.7
I take no credit for this hack
How To use:
1. Click in the COD4BOT.EXE and navigate to your cod4 directory (the Iw4.exe file) then cod4 will start automatically
2. Join a pbss or non-pb server and Press insert for the menu and Use
ARROW KEYS to scroll in the menu and to activate Press the RIGHT ARROW KEY
Anti virus will pick up alot of false positives because it uses an old injector but still works perfect
