If it's a external hack(such as a .exe) you run it while you're running CS:GO. On the other hand, if it's a internal hack you must inject the .DLL into the game itself using Extreme injector and following THIS guide. That's the basics, some hacks have specifics on the thread itself explaining how to use the hack.

thanks but i have ruby console.. i go in a match with bot and inject the dll.. but the problem is for active the '' hvh_antiaim_style'' i need to write '' sv_cheats'' and later ''sv_cheats 1'' but online i cant write this in the console..
