Scamming a scammer

Is it ok? If he's been banned from this site for making multiple accounts and vouching himself?

Basically I have the potential to really fuck someone's day up, but don't want to if it's against the rules :X

scamming will get you banned just report him in the scammers grave.

not the point, he's been banned for basically scamming, he's not a part of this site anymore
