Steam Account Creator V2
A while back @481k released a Steam Account Creator except the program's steam directory was static and unchangeable. I updated his code which allows you to specify your steam path.
Prerequisites:
For this to actually create a steam account for you must must be logged out of steam and make sure steam is completely closed such as closing steam through task manager. Next run the AHK file choose the password and username unless you wanna use a random one for both and click Create.
