Help with comp

Alrighty check it i think its a viruse i have or maybe a viruse i had and fkd up a setting need help. no one knows how 2 help me that iv askd.


No program of mine can connect to the internet. It sais something like access denied, error code, blah blah. The internet explorer isn't working, i can download stuff but cant upload and firefox works but not internet explorer. Any program that tries to connect to the internet, whatever it be Ares, Limewire, a download like/of an installer, and/aim/or windows live, it doesn't connect. It sais i have a firewall setting up, but i don't have (no firewall up). I have checked 500 times (hipérbole). I have no anti virus, in the internet options i have to allow combat arms to connect, because it connects to a server, but the pic doesn't appear in the launcher or the clan thing. Basicaly any program that tries to connect to the internet, except firefox and programs that connect using servers, and not internet explorer (that's stupid), don't work.
I will be happy to allow some one to teamview me and see whats wrong. Please post what you think may be the problem, or if your offering to help.
