Its just a vbulletin bug, all you guys are getting it wrong, he is on the Edit signature page.
Try clearing the cookies for MPGH

tho i tried clearing the cookies, still the same

EDIT: Still not able to edit my signature so i created a new on and keep it in a TxT file so when i need to edit it i copy paste and
adjust what i want

i managed to create a spoiler which probaly was bugged cus of cookies or anything else so thanks @Yamiez

Happened to me too, it might be adblocker but I don't know.. just redo it, when you want to preview just copy the whole thing first. Problem solved
