Features:

Modify current lobby
Force start game
Force host

Usage:

Inject "MW2 Lobby Tools.dll" into MW2 with your favorite injector
Press F2 to open game setup menu
Press F3 to force start the game
Press F4 to toggle force host

Notes:
Make sure you have open NAT.

VAC:
It's a user32.dll hook and an injection. Uses calls to in game functions. Detected? I really don't know. Doesn't matter anyway since you can play while being banned...

Can confirm that as well, put me in spectator list although I still seem to be part of a team.

Yeah that is an artifact of switching the game to a private match. I'll add a key to toggle privatematch/publicmatch. That will allow you to change team and fix the spectator bug. Only problem with that is that you need to do that before anyone connects or when everybody is connected, otherwise newly joined players are also stuck in spectator
