When you see a skin that you want to buy on sale for under 400 or for 400 rp.Create a new account and level it to level 10.To get a level boost go to battle training and finish it.I bought red card twisted fate and high command katarina with this method.It does take a bit of time but in the ends its worth it .Leave a thanks and a rep if you want <3

Works, bought 2 icons, Captain Volibear, Ironscale Shyvana, Boom Boom Blitz, Noxus Poppy, Marble Malphite, Woad Ashe, Pickpocket twitch, Midnight Ahri, Glacial Olaf... I going with these method about 2 months and i level accounts with SummonerFactory.

It's hard, I don't think worth 400 RP until you get something you really want. I have tried to do it once and still level 8, it'a lot of NORMALS and each normal is 20 minutes so a lot of time. Does anyone have a bot to level it to 10?

It takes around 12 hours to level an account up to level 10. It's a lot more worth to pick up a small, low paid job just for one day.

Seems like a good backup plan if you are bored, but it will take some time to get an account to level 10

I am pretty sure riot will notice at some point though and revoke them. I have a similar issue but not with leveling smurfs.

Just use bots or crack account,much worth!

Its a lot easier to just crack accounts ,and then use them to buy the skins for your main
