Paypal chargeback change?
So I haven't done charge back in a while, but I saw a thread earlier this week about PayPal getting sued, and PayPal making changes to there refund policy? Well how does it effect us?

I don't want to google it, so pretty please answer it

Seems like it only affects people who've had their money stolen or in paypals term "frozen". I doubt it will change their charge back method at all actually. Sounds more like paypal scamming than anything else.
With a quick browse, it seems more like people who had their funds frozen by Paypal without any reasons or way to rectify the problem. You can become a Claim Class Member if you had your money frozen from April 2009 to Nov 2015 (I think). If so you can claim from 3 to 440 dollars which is the basic claim. Did not bother reading the claim further up.
No it will not change chargeback policy.
