how does wallhack work?

I turned on wallhack and i didn't see no difference, can someone explane how it works and what does it do.

Depending on how it is coded it could mean several things. Usually it is just seeing the opposing team through walls but unable to shoot. Some wall hacks allow you to actually run through the wall and others allow you to actually shoot through the wall

if its shoot through walls it should usually say stw but ive come across some that say wallhack

if u can run through wall it should say rtw or wtw (walk through wall)

or its one that lets u see the players through the walls

chams is the one that lets you see the people but it also changes the color of them

A "WALL HACK" makes you look through walls.
