Perma-Cloak?

Would like to discuss the issue, well better yet "Adventage" Some players have like JaxenYT etc.
Methods of obtaining this
Do you need a good pet?
Do any of you do it?
Do you know anyone else who has/does it?

Other Perm abilites such as, pally buff and warrior buff with out cooldowns

Need a pet that can heal you mp back up fast enough to keep cloaking.
Cheat Engine is needed.
Just select the top left folder that flashes when CE opens and select Flashplayer, set your speed hack at 1.2

The only time ive notice this happen is in OT's, can you use it anywhere else?
And whats CE?

Cheat engine and you can do it ANYWHERE.
