G2A Refund

So the first time I bought something on this site for more than $40 was BO III Season Pass and it didn't work so i refunded via PayPal. Took about 10 days, due to their system of giving the seller 10 days to respond, if escalated to a claim. I got my refund, about $45 and now I'm wondering why they didn't respond.

I'm not too worried, but if I bought something such as a knife on the csgo skin marketplace using PayPal, would I be able to refund it? Like is it the same process as buying a game and refunding via paypal?

If you already had refunded something with your PayPal in G2A, you have low chances to be that lucky again.

Say i made a new Paypal, would I have a higher chance?

Your previous one has a big possibility to get limited.(The new ons too...)

You can chargeback via PayPal up to 3-4 times. Then you will get banned. If you purchase the knife through G2APay (use PayPal via G2A pay) or are a G2A shield subscriber then I can refund any item you purchase. Idk about CSGO items though but gift cards and games I can do up to £150
