How to fix "Login Server Connection is Failed" . I haven't played Blackshot since 1 week -.-

this also happened to me always disconnected many tutorials on YouTube, but nothing happened to my problem still the same error appears.

"Change your IP before do login in game, after this at game lobby then close Hotspot Shield, you will took DC but will keeep connected in game".
The same happens with myself using this hotspot shield..
