**Request** Dev C++ download setup

Hi I just began C++ Tutorial. And they gave me a book, and the book says that "it came with a CD" to download Dev C++ but it didn't... so the assistant said you could just download it off of bloodshed. or something like that. so i download it and its not even a setup.... just a bunch of Codes/languages.

So can some one post the setup to Dev C++ 4.9.9.2 or something that is 4.#.#.#

oh yuck..i hate C++ for dummies. It did not explain stuff right. Learn visual C++ in 21 days and C++ primer plus 5th edition are much better books in my opinion..

Well I did include the link to Dev-C++, its just what XGelite said. He got confused, because there's 3 different downloads on the same page. and one is the source code.

Why dont you guys just use Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2008 Express edition?
