how 2 get unbanned?

You probably wont be unbanned, but I dont play the game so I'm not sure how the systems work.

Also since a newly Discussions section was just added I'll move your thread there, since it was just recently added you'll be excused.

The very simple way of getting unbanned is being honest, wait 6 months and then appeal. Don't beg and be legit on why you did it. I may release a tool that patches osu!'s values (Disk Sig etc) to make it think it's on a different PC, but I am not quite sure on that.

It worked for me. I uninstalled osu at all (I only back up-ed my skins) I changed HWID then I restarted my modem to get a new ip and downloaded osu! at least my time was worth.

Yes, it does. If you use VPN and you change your HWID, you'd be able to play again.

Just appeal after 6 - 8 months and they will surely unban you. I did this and I got unbanned! hope this helps <3

What did you try? I can still create new accounts. The only tricky part is to fake a progression curve.

Changed the HWID and made a new account. Changed IP. Also Mac-Address still gave me server side error mhh
