Private server other than...

I'm looking for a private server that's not laggy majority of the time [Tho i understand this is majority]
I'm currently using Rotmgtool aswell as Owlrealms.
If anyone has any that simply require a download, rather than having to go through mysql etc etc, that'd be great

It's hard to find a free private server that isn't laggy. Mainly because anything hosted locally and going through Hamachi is going to suffer some lag, or not be able to support many active users. If you can, sniff out sources that host on a VPS.
