Hey Guise, I recently had my CSM2 account banned and it is getting unbanned in 3-5 business days, but might be demoted. Here is how you get un-banned:
You just log a ticket at Nexon.net
Here is what I wrote to Nexon:
And they will take like a month or so to reply, but its somewhat better than restarting.

Lol it is a good way but a month? you could prolly with hard training get to CSM in that time.
juan ur right lol but u dont know for sure if there gonna reply in a month they could reply in a year if they wanted to they could reply in a decade if the ywant to
lol better hope they cant provide the proof
hehe they got mad proof on my other 10 accounts so this doesnt work for me. hehe

Ive never gotten banned but if i did im sure i would do that too ^^
well if you ever get knowing nexon they will ban your legit account and leave your hacking one. they have banned 7 accounts of mine and only one that ive actually hacked on.
lol i have 46 combos on my csm3 and im cbl dirty with like 3 reports. im going to change my name so i will be clean but i guess the 46 combos is permaneant?
Rofl, just phone their hotline and get your account back immediately..
I already got my 2nd legit account back by doing that. They said i was banned for hacking, so i asked them for the proof and know what the customer service guy said? He said he can't provide the evidence so i asked for my account back. He didn't agree to do so at the beginning but i started argueing with him and finally got my account back!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

True all you have to do is phone them, although your susposed to say you dont hack yadayadayada, but has any1 tried it thats the questions meh
