First of all, , start the game and don't go into the menu, stay in the "Press enter to start" screen, then you open the trainer.
And press numb ( ' 0 ' ) .
Go back to your game and if you did it right, offline zombies should start.
When the game loads, , and you are good to go, go back to your game, have fun.

infinite health doesn't always work. it stops zombies from killing you but it does the same shit the other hack did. you randomly die sometimes, like in a simple jump and i'm NOT TALKING about jumping out the map im talking simple u know one of the perk locations theres a ramp and u can go down from it? one time i died from there. one time i died in the beginning after completing the first ritual, tried to jump down from the fire escape area, died upon landing. one time i died while i was being attacked by a bunch of zombies and 2 margwas. Not complaining or anything but just thought i'd point it out and ask if i'm using it wrong.
