Yes I know I am a total newb but what is a vent? As in for a clan. Aka: What do people mean when they say, "Need a clan with vent" ?

Nah, vent is the short nome for ventrillo, a gaming tool like "Team Speak"

Its a voice chat program, clans that have vent servers are usually using free ones or are pro.

lol me and my clan are on ventrillo and are buying a server this week or even have already done it
