[Question]Outside link rule

Okay from the tidal i know that u guys are going to flame me right away cause u think im about to complain. Well all i wanted to ask is a simple question about the outside link rule. This is really for the mod's but if u know the answer please speak up

Ok the question is

If you post a hack on combat arms and put a youtube vid with it and someone watches the youtube video and the video has a outside link will u get banned?

If the video advertises another site that is considered advertising. A "nice" mod will probably just remove it for you and warn you. Another might perma ban you. Depends who you get

no i mean like a link from medafile or one of those other websites where u download files and upload them
