Anyway, I haven't noticed anything like that except iTech scope, it's just a reflex scope that helps with aiming, idk anything else...
Also, has anyone noticed that you can get Black HiSec for free if you're GOA? Though I would definitely rather buy it for 990NX than level for two years

real money or NX items dont have a rank requirement to them.. only the GP items

Its not really a high rank, its just this game is new and it takes alot of xp, i say once you reach "MAJOR" your a friggin high rank, Major Payne any1 seen the movie its ftw ^^
