I'm no staff but is your email gmail? btw To send msges, you must have atleast 20 posts (I think)

You need 10 posts minimum to msg someone

Your account was verified today, so it is not pending verification. To send private messages you need at least 10 posts. To post any URL or make reports you need at least 15.
