Honestly, I think rules should be more enforced when it comes to situations like this and any other permanent bans, because its immature to ignore own rules, rules they set up and do absolutely nothing to enforce them more.

Yes, I am disrespecting the rules right now because light is on an alternative account when the ban which was gives to him is serious, so staff, if the rule is there then you gotta do what you gotta do and not it let slide past.

He made the account to appeal for his ban, and his user-name is literally there "Light_Appeal" so he isn't really "evading", although if he is continuing to scam/ sell his eBooks, while his main account is banned, that is a bannable offence.

There is a pending appeal which I need this account for. I've given away my free eBook to over a hundred people. What the fuck do you think? I'll make a thread giving away an eBook just to get Skype requests, then I add them and ignore them just because it gives me a nice tingly feeling in my balls?

He can work things out while being banned too, by refunding people and those who have received the refund show the proof of them getting it and so on.
