WTBRequire Fitbit case number addition to validation pic

As the title suggests, I require my Fitbit support case number to be added to a validation pic as per their request so need someone competent with the necessary skills to Photoshop it in as though it's on a piece of paper next to the device itself.

Happy to pay a decent price for a decent job but I will require proof and/or vouches.
