How can I get free rust skins?

Hey recently I discovered you can buy rust skins. Does anyone know how you can get them for free? If so thanks! ~

Yea click on the game rust in steam then click community workshop on the rust page there cheap I know but I'm broke right now xD

For every 50 hours IN GAME you get an Random Skin.
