As a matter of fact though, IE has made a lot of progression through time. Yes it used to be very shit but it kept having that image even when greatly improved their browser.
For example IE aka microsoft edge, is the fastest browser to date. Doesn't have extensions or a lot of features but the best and most efficient rendering system.
