Ever wanted a few more things to do in GTA V's single player, as well as have extra assets available to you in GTA Online? Now you can, for a small fee charged only for labour. I am able to sort you out with Returning Player's Content, which will be referred to in this thread and during the service as "RPC".

 

This will unlock several things as detailed in the image above. Please note, this service will simply make these items available to you in-game; you will still need your virtual currency to purchase them. Most of you are only interested in what you can get Online, so here's a brief list (refer to poster and RSG page for more info):

- Marshall Monster Truck
- Dodo Seaplane
- Kraken Submersible
- Imponte Dukes
- Declasse Stallion
- Hatchet

Now why would you pay for such a thing when there are people offering full recovery services, in which you can link that Xbox 360 or PS3 account with your PC's social club account, to receive the benefits.
Well two reasons. First, there's absolutely no ban risk whatsoever doing it this way because the PS3 I'll be using isn't modified in any way, nor is the game, so it's a completely vanilla GTA V running on version 1.26. There are examples of people being banned when transferring a PS3 account that's been modded, so keep that in mind - my option is safer.

Secondly, when you get an account that has been modded on the Xbox 360 or PS3, you must use that character that's been created by the other person to get what you've paid for essentially.
My way simply adds the content to your account by telling the server you've played on last-generation, which means you can keep your current GTA Online characters, progress and unlocks. Obviously that's ideal if you've spent time creating a good-looking character or whatever.

You may even say "what's the point when I can just spawn in whatever I want" - well that's true, but there's nothing like being able to have your own Personal and Pegasus Vehicles without relying on cheats which may not be available for the indefinite future of GTAO on the PC. And remember, by having the Returning Player's Content, you don't have to wait to use these items right after a GTA update is released.

3) When I get the message payment is confirmed, I tell you the information you need.

Please wait patiently - it can take up to a maximum of 24hrs to get the information but normally it be within 6 hours and if I am online it be almost instant.
Next, you need to follow the information below in "Instructions to link your account".

I'll do nearly all the work for you, you just need to do a few things yourself:

 

1) Log into the Social Club website with the account you want to give the RPC benefits to

2) Find the 'LINK MY GAME ACCOUNT' button on your main profile page; it's below the 'About Me' section. Or you can go to the manage account page, and go to the page where you can linked game account.

3) Underneath the 'Playstation Network' header, click the orange 'Link Account' button.

4) Use the Sign-In ID and Password that I sent you in a private message and then click the blue 'Sign In' button.

5) Your PC account will now have access to the Returning Player's Content, giving you a bit more to do in single player and allowing you to show off equipment not all players will be able to use.

Important things to note

 

1) As mentioned before, you still need to purchase the items in-game with your GTA money. The Hatchet may be included automatically without any extra cost though.

2) If you unlink your PS3 account, you will no longer be able to use either of the online-compatible personal vehicles (Dukes & Stallion), nor can you purchase any content that you didn't yet buy. For example, you can link the account, purchase the Dodo Seaplane and then unlink the account, and the Dodo will always be available from Pegasus, but you wouldnt't be able to then buy any other vehicles as they won't be listed on their respective websites.

3) There is no chance of being banned from this as there's no breach of any rules, Terms of Service or End User License Agreement. If you do mysteriously get banned shortly after purchasing this service, it MUST be to do with your current use of mods, a past history of using mods, or statistical analysis flagging your account (probably from using mods).
To put it a bit differently: if you had a completely fresh account that hadn't been cheated on, and you paid for this service and received the RPC and played the game normally without ever using mods, taking part in serious glitching or soliciting the help of cheaters, you would never get banned.

4) You must not do a charge-back or open a PayPal dispute for this service.

5) It can take up to 24 hours for you to receive the relevant details - I apologise in advance for this, but due to timezone differences, real life, possible backlog of users, etc etc, I've give the above figure as a safeguard.
