I would release this tool but I'm prohibited by the MPGH rules.
So I figured I'd just help you guys out with your needs.
What I can change.
Badass Tokens

Badass Stats
Unlock All Customizations
Golden Keys
You just need to upload your Profile.bin from MyDocuments/MyGames/Borderlands2/Willowgame/SaveData/[Some Number]/profile.bin
and tell me what you want changed and I'll help you out.
